Sheet Metal Enclosure Applications We Build For

Fifteen places our enclosures, fabricated parts and hardware end up. Each one links to the models we currently list for it — no placeholders, no borrowed projects.

An enclosure is rarely the product. It is the box that keeps a controller dry, the frame that holds a charger upright, the tray that slides out of a cabinet. What matters is whether it fits, whether it repeats, and whether it survives the environment it is installed in.

We build for fifteen applications today. Some are cut and bent from flat sheet; others are deep-drawn in one piece or welded from several. Each application page lists the models we actually make for it, so you can judge the fit rather than read a claim.

What We Ask Before Quoting an Application

Environment

Indoor bench, factory floor or outdoors? Humidity, dust and UV decide the material and the finish long before the drawing is final.

Access and service

Who opens it, how often, and with what tool? Removable panels, hinge choice and cable entry are design decisions, not afterthoughts.

Interface points

Where the board, DIN rail, gland plate or motor mounts. Hole positions and flatness at those points are what we hold tolerance on.

From Drawing to Shipment

01

Drawing review

We mark the dimensions that drive function and flag anything the press or brake cannot hold economically.

02

Prototype

Laser or CNC punch, bend, weld, finish — a physical part you can test before tooling is committed.

03

Tooling

Dies are built in our own mould workshop, so a change request does not wait on a third party.

04

Batch

Repeat production on 26 presses, with third-party inspection available before the carton is sealed.
