Twelve enclosure models, from 1U rack units and instrument cases to floor-standing cabinets and outdoor EV housings. Steel, stainless steel and aluminium; wall thickness typically 0.5 to 20 mm; external sizes up to 4,500 mm. Doors, gland plates, mounting bosses and cable entries are placed from your drawing, and the finish is applied after welding so seams stay covered.

Every enclosure on this page starts as flat sheet that is cut, folded and welded in our own workshops: 11 of them on one site in Foshan, with 26 power presses from 60T to 160T and a 350T hydraulic press for deep draws. Because the blank, the bend and the weld stay with one team, a tolerance question is answered by the people who cut the metal.

Drawings are reviewed before quoting: material, thickness, bend radii, weld access and finish are checked against what the press brake can hold, and anything we would change is written back to you. Samples run in 4-7 days on the same line as production, and a change to your drawing is quoted by the same team that will build it.
