Seven models: computer and control cases, precision housings, heavy-gauge industrial housings, prototypes, welded stainless boxes, machined aluminium enclosures and floor-standing cabinets. Ribs, lifting points, access panels and plinths are added where the machine needs them, and frames are squared on a jig before the panels go on.

Every enclosure on this page starts as flat sheet that is cut, folded and welded in our own workshops: 11 of them on one site in Foshan, with 26 power presses from 60T to 160T and a 350T hydraulic press for deep draws. Because the blank, the bend and the weld stay with one team, a tolerance question is answered by the people who cut the metal.

Drawings are reviewed before quoting: material, thickness, bend radii, weld access and finish are checked against what the press brake can hold, and anything we would change is written back to you. Samples run in 4-7 days on the same line as production, and a change to your drawing is quoted by the same team that will build it.
