About Us
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Production runs in Foshan, Guangdong, China, with stamping, sheet metal, drawing, welding, machining and surface finishing all performed in our own eleven workshops.
How long have you been manufacturing?
Since 2004 — 21+ years. We now sell directly to overseas buyers as well as supplying domestically.
MOQ, Samples & Pricing
What is your MOQ?
In-stock items start at 1 pc, so you can trial without volume commitment. MOQ for custom or private-label work depends on tooling and quantity, and is confirmed in writing before you commit. We do not quote a MOQ we have not confirmed.
Can I get a sample?
Yes for stock items. For custom parts, sampling follows a drawing review and confirmation of tooling and sample cost.
Can I order in small quantities?
Yes — the stock line is designed for it, from 1 pc. For volume pricing, send your target quantity and we will quote by tier.
OEM, Custom & Drawing Work
Can you produce from our drawing or sample?
Yes. We work from drawings, samples or specifications, and support both full-package (material + labour) and labour-only arrangements.
Can you do private label / OEM?
Private-label manufacturing is supported in principle, and the minimum quantity for branded work is confirmed per project. Neutral packing is our default on every order.
What materials can you work with?
Iron and steel, aluminium, stainless steel and copper — as well as the surface finishes that suit them: polishing, spray and powder coating, and electroplating.
What do you need to quote?
A drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP), the material and finish, the quantity, and the destination market. A photo or sample works if there is no drawing.
Certifications & Compliance
What certifications do you have?
ISO 9000 (quality management system) and CCC (China Compulsory Certification) — both Chinese domestic approvals. We also hold scale-above enterprise status, Grade-A taxpayer rating and three utility-model patents.
Do you have CE, UL or RoHS?
No. We do not hold — and will not claim — UL, CE, RoHS, FCC, NEMA or similar EU/US approvals. If your market requires one, tell us the standard and we will say whether we can reach it through testing or a certified material.
Can I have the goods inspected before shipping?
Yes. Pre-shipment third-party inspection is available on request, and you may nominate the agency.
Production & Delivery
What is your lead time?
Raw-material procurement takes about 10 days; total lead time depends on the part, tooling and quantity. We confirm dates in writing after reviewing your drawing.
How are goods packed?
Neutral packing is standard on all orders. Branded packing is available on request. Cartons are staged for container loading at the factory.
Who handles shipping?
We quote ex-works by default and can arrange shipment to your forwarder's warehouse. Freight terms are confirmed per order.
