Sheet Metal & Hardware by Industry
Thirteen sectors, one supplier. Below is what we actually build for each — the part types, the materials and the forming process — with a live count of the models listed today.
A buyer in medical devices and a buyer in construction hardware are rarely asking for the same thing. One needs a burr-free edge and a documented finish; the other needs a bracket that survives a 4 mm steel plate being bolted to it. The part may come off the same press, but the drawing, the tolerance and the inspection routine are not the same.
That is why this site is organised by sector as well as by product family. If you already know which process you need, the three product pillars — sheet metal enclosures, sheet metal fabrication and cabinet hardware — are the faster route. If you know the sector you are selling into, start below.
Thirteen Industries We Manufacture For
128 models listed across these sectors, from single-piece prototypes to repeat batches.
Electronics
Chassis, racks and shielded housings in cold-rolled steel, SECC and aluminium — punched, bent and welded around the boards they carry.
View 20 models →Industrial Automation
Machine guards, control boxes and mounting plates that have to repeat to the same tolerance batch after batch.
View 12 models →Energy
Battery trays, inverter housings and bracket sets in steel and aluminium for power conversion and storage equipment.
View 12 models →Medical Devices
Burr-free housings and cart frames where edge finishing, flatness and assembly sequence follow the drawing, not the operator.
View 12 models →Telecommunications
Indoor and outdoor cabinets, pole-mount brackets and mounting plates in galvanised steel and aluminium.
View 12 models →Construction Hardware
Heavy brackets, anchors, hinges and reinforcing plates in 2–4 mm steel, formed on 100–160T presses.
View 8 models →Automotive
Brackets, clips and small stamped assemblies — prototype quantities from a single piece before tooling is committed.
View 8 models →Home Appliances
Inner frames, motor mounts and trim parts in galvanised and stainless sheet, supplied flat or pre-assembled.
View 8 models →Machinery
Frames, guards, covers and control panels, welded and squared before finishing so bolt holes line up on site.
View 8 models →Furniture Manufacturing
Drawer slides, pull-out baskets, tracks and fittings for cabinet and wardrobe production lines.
View 7 models →Interior Fitting
Visible hardware — handles, rails and shelf supports — where the surface finish matters as much as the load rating.
View 7 models →Kitchen & Bath
Basket systems, slides and fittings specified for humid rooms, with stainless options where rust is the real risk.
View 7 models →Hardware Distribution
Carton-ready hardware ranges for distributors and wholesalers, labelled and packed to your SKU list.

Material and thickness
Cold-rolled steel, galvanised steel, stainless and aluminium behave differently on the press. Springback, edge quality and weldability set the process route before price is even discussed.
Tolerance and inspection
A cabinet door gap is visible from a metre away; a bracket inside a machine is not. We agree which dimensions are critical and inspect against those, not against everything.
Volume and tooling
One piece from the laser or a dedicated die are two different investments. We quote both routes where they apply so you can see what the tooling actually buys you.
How We Support a Sector Programme
26 power presses
60T to 160T, plus a 350T four-column hydraulic drawing press for one-piece housings.
11 workshops
Stamping, sheet metal, drawing, welding, finishing and assembly under one roof in Foshan.
From one piece
Stocked hardware ships from a single piece; fabricated parts start from a prototype run.
ISO 9000 & CCC
Third-party inspection is welcome before shipment. We do not claim UL, CE or RoHS for your product.
