Overview

Custom sheet metal computer case, fabricated and finished in our own workshops

Tooling, stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding and surface finishing all run in our eleven workshops in Foshan — the part never leaves the plant between steps.

A case for a computer, a controller or a test rig has to fit the boards and connectors that go inside it, not a catalogue size. Panels, cut-outs, stand-offs and mounting bosses are placed from your drawing, so the shell closes over the hardware instead of being adapted to it afterwards.

Laser cutting and CNC bending form the shell, welding closes the corners, then the part is deburred and polished until the edges are safe to handle. Where a face has to stay flat after forming, such as a gasket seat or a flush front panel, it is milled rather than bent.

Send a STEP model, a DXF flat pattern or a sample case and tell us what must fit inside. We come back with material, wall thickness and finish options and a price that includes the tooling. Stock sizes ship from one piece; a fully custom case is quoted from the drawing.

In-stock items start at one piece. Custom and OEM projects are quoted from your drawing, with the die designed and maintained in our own tool shop.

Send a drawing for a part-specific data sheet.

Why this drawing matters. Every tolerance, hole position and bend radius on this page is confirmed against a drawing during quotation — so what you approve is what gets inspected at the end of the line. The published drawing is a generic sample, never a customer's file.

Certifications we hold

  • ISO 9000 — quality management system, covering incoming material, in-process and final inspection.
  • CCC — China Compulsory Certification, the domestic market access mark.

What ships with the goods

  • Batch inspection record — dimensional and appearance report for the production run, issued in English.
  • Material certificate — mill certificate for the steel or aluminium heat, on request.
  • Third-party inspection — SGS, TÜV, BV or your own QC are welcome at the plant before loading.

Overseas marks (UL, CE, RoHS, ETL)

These are applied for by the importer in its own market — that is the normal division of labour in this trade. What we do is supply the samples, material data and process records your test house asks for, and manufacture and inspect to whichever standard your drawing names (ASTM, EN, ISO). What we will not do is put a mark on a part we have not tested.

Why this part

Six things that decide whether a custom part arrives right

Every one of them sits inside our own plant, on the same floor as the parts.

01

11 workshops, one roof

Stamping, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, polishing and assembly all run in-house, so tolerances are held from the first blank to the final finish.

02

26 presses + 350T drawing

160T × 2, 100T × 4, 80T × 8 and 60T × 12 presses, plus a 350T hydraulic press for deep-drawn housings and larger shells.

03

In stock from 1 pc

Standard items ship from stock with no minimum order. Custom and OEM runs are quoted from your drawing, with tooling built here.

04

Tooling made in-house

Three utility patents on our own tooling. The die is built and maintained by the same team that runs the press, so a design change moves with the part.

05

Documented, not decorated

ISO 9000 and CCC held. Each batch leaves with an inspection record, material certificates on request, and third-party inspection is welcome before loading.

06

Inspect before you pay

SGS, TÜV, BV or your own QC team can walk the line and inspect finished parts at our plant. Reports go to you, not to us.

Production process

How the order runs on our floor

Five steps, in this order, all in Foshan.

1

Drawing review

Send a PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP file. We check material, sheet thickness, tolerance and surface finish, and flag anything that needs adjusting before quoting.

2

Tooling in-house

Dies are designed, cut and maintained in our own tool shop — three utility patents on our tooling. A design change moves with the part.

3

Stamping & forming

26 presses from 60T to 160T, plus a 350T hydraulic press for deep-drawn shells. Laser cutting and CNC bending handle blanks and complex forms.

Press line
4

Welding & finishing

Tapping, welding, grinding and polishing complete the part. Surface treatment is specified to your drawing and documented per batch.

5

Inspection & shipment

Incoming checks, in-process checks and a final layout inspection. SGS, TÜV, BV or your own QC team are welcome before loading.

Factory

Made in Foshan since 2004

We run 13,000+ m² across eleven workshops in Foshan, Guangdong, China, with 51–100 staff. Sheet metal is the whole plant: the die is built where the part is stamped, the finish is applied where the part is formed, and a quality question is answered by the people who made the part.

How to order

From drawing to delivery

Four steps, no account required. We reply within one working day.

1 Send your drawing

PDF, DWG, STEP files or a physical sample all work. Tell us the quantity you have in mind — one piece is a valid starting point.

2 Engineering review

We confirm material, tolerance and surface finish, and flag anything that needs adjustment before quoting.

3 Sample first

A prototype is produced in 4-7 days so you can verify fit, finish and assembly before committing to volume.

4 Mass production

Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and in-house surface treatment are all completed under one roof for consistent quality.

Packing & loading

OEM and ODM projects are welcome, and we can support you in meeting your target-market certification requirements. Custom sheet metal computer case are produced in our Foshan factory, where 26 punch presses plus CNC laser cutting and bending equipment handle both one-off prototypes and repeat production runs.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask most before requesting a quote.

Can you match the case to my board layout?
Yes. Send the board outline or a STEP model with the connector positions. Cut-outs and stand-off holes are taken from your file rather than redrawn by eye.
Do you machine any faces after bending?
When a face has to stay flat, such as a gasket seat, a display window or a flush front, it is milled after forming. Mark it on the drawing and it is priced into the quote.
Which finish suits a case that gets handled?
Brushed or polished stainless needs no coating and shows scratches less than a mirror polish. Painted steel costs less per piece when the case sits inside a cabinet and is never seen.
Which files do you need to quote?
PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or a physical sample. A sketch with the overall dimensions is enough to start; we tell you what is missing before quoting.
What certificates come with the order?
We hold ISO 9000 for quality management and CCC, the China compulsory certification. Every batch ships with an inspection record, and mill certificates for the material are available on request. Marks such as UL or CE are applied for by the importer in its own market; we supply the samples, material data and process records a test house asks for.

Request a quote

Send your drawing — quoted within one working day

Tell us the part, material, dimensions and quantity. PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP files or a physical sample all work. If your enquiry needs an engineer's input we tell you the expected date instead of leaving you waiting.

  • Nothing you send is shared with anyone else.
  • Include a drawing link or describe the part — we only come back with questions if something is genuinely missing.
  • MOQ 1 pc on in-stock items; custom and OEM projects quoted from your drawing.
