Instrument cases built from aluminium extrusion: the profile is cut to length, so one cross-section serves several case lengths, and machined end panels carry the display window, button cut-outs and connectors. Anodising happens in our own plant, which keeps colour and thickness consistent across a run.

Every enclosure on this page starts as flat sheet that is cut, folded and welded in our own workshops: 11 of them on one site in Foshan, with 26 power presses from 60T to 160T and a 350T hydraulic press for deep draws. Because the blank, the bend and the weld stay with one team, a tolerance question is answered by the people who cut the metal.

Drawings are reviewed before quoting: material, thickness, bend radii, weld access and finish are checked against what the press brake can hold, and anything we would change is written back to you. Samples run in 4-7 days on the same line as production, and a change to your drawing is quoted by the same team that will build it.
