Stainless distribution boxes for damp and washdown areas: hinged door opening past 90 degrees, gland plate, lockable latch and a folded rain gutter over the opening. Corners are welded and dressed before finishing, and internal mounting plate positions are taken from your layout.

Every enclosure on this page starts as flat sheet that is cut, folded and welded in our own workshops: 11 of them on one site in Foshan, with 26 power presses from 60T to 160T and a 350T hydraulic press for deep draws. Because the blank, the bend and the weld stay with one team, a tolerance question is answered by the people who cut the metal.

Drawings are reviewed before quoting: material, thickness, bend radii, weld access and finish are checked against what the press brake can hold, and anything we would change is written back to you. Samples run in 4-7 days on the same line as production, and a change to your drawing is quoted by the same team that will build it.
