Perforated sheets, filter screens and sieve plates punched to your hole pattern: round, square or slotted, with open area and frame to your spec. Sheets up to 4,500 mm, thickness typically 0.5 to 20 mm, deburred after punching and passivated where stainless is used.

Parts here are stamped on dies built in our own tool shop, then formed, welded and finished without leaving the site: 11 workshops in Foshan, presses from 60T to 160T, sheet typically 0.5 to 20 mm thick. The die is corrected where the part is stamped, so a gauge problem is fixed on the bench that will run your batch.
Trial quantities are possible before tooling is committed, and critical dimensions are measured and reported with every batch. Drawings are reviewed before quoting, covering material, thickness, tolerance and finish, and anything we would change is written back to you before the die is cut.
