Overview
Stainless steel flat washers, fabricated and finished in our own workshops
Tooling, stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding and surface finishing all run in our eleven workshops in Foshan — the part never leaves the plant between steps.
A standard washer is a commodity until the hole or the outside diameter has to be something the catalogue does not carry. Then it becomes a punched part, and the die is what sets the price.
Washers are blanked and pierced from stainless sheet, deburred, and tumbled where a smooth edge matters. Because the die is made for your size, the outer diameter, the inner diameter and the thickness are set together, and the batch is checked against those three dimensions rather than against a standard.
Send the outer diameter, the inner diameter, the thickness and the annual quantity. Below a certain quantity a standard size is cheaper and we will say so; above it, a dedicated die pays for itself.
In-stock items start at one piece. Custom and OEM projects are quoted from your drawing, with the die designed and maintained in our own tool shop.

Why this drawing matters. Every tolerance, hole position and bend radius on this page is confirmed against a drawing during quotation — so what you approve is what gets inspected at the end of the line. The published drawing is a generic sample, never a customer's file.

These are applied for by the importer in its own market — the normal division of labour in this trade. What we supply is samples, material data and process records for your test house, and manufacture and inspection to whichever standard your drawing names (ASTM, EN, ISO). No mark goes on a part we have not tested.

Tooling made in-house
Three utility patents on our own tooling. The die is built and maintained by the same team that runs the press, so a design change moves with the part.
Documented, not decorated
ISO 9000 and CCC held. Each batch leaves with an inspection record, material certificates on request, and third-party inspection is welcome before loading.
Inspect before you pay
SGS, TÜV, BV or your own QC team can walk the line and inspect finished parts at our plant. Reports go to you, not to us.

Drawing review
Send a PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP file. We check material, sheet thickness, tolerance and surface finish, and flag anything that needs adjusting before quoting.

Tooling in-house
Dies are designed, cut and maintained in our own tool shop — three utility patents on our tooling. A design change moves with the part.

Pressing & forming
26 presses from 60T to 160T blank, pierce and form the part, and the same floor bends wire, tube and strip. A component does not travel between suppliers to be finished.

Deburring & finishing
Parts are deburred, tumbled where the edge has to be soft, then plated or powder coated. The finish goes on after forming, so the bend and the hole edges are covered.

Inspection & shipment
Incoming checks, in-process checks and a final layout inspection. SGS, TÜV, BV or your own QC team are welcome before loading.

We run 13,000+ m² across eleven workshops in Foshan, Guangdong, China, with 51–100 staff. Sheet metal is the whole plant: the die is built where the part is stamped, the finish is applied where the part is formed, and a quality question is answered by the people who made the part.

1 Send your drawing
PDF, DWG, STEP files or a physical sample all work. Tell us the quantity you have in mind — one piece is a valid starting point.
2 Engineering review
We confirm material, tolerance and surface finish, and flag anything that needs adjustment before quoting.
3 Sample first
A prototype is produced in 3-5 days so you can verify fit, finish and assembly before committing to volume.
4 Mass production
Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and in-house surface treatment are all completed under one roof for consistent quality.
OEM and ODM projects are welcome, and we can support you in meeting your target-market certification requirements. Stainless steel flat washers are produced in our Foshan factory, where 26 punch presses plus CNC laser cutting and bending equipment handle both one-off prototypes and repeat production runs.

Frequently asked questions
The questions buyers ask most before requesting a quote.
Which stainless grade do you use for outdoor hardware?
The grade is fixed on your drawing and confirmed against the mill certificate for the order. Near salt water or in a chlorinated environment a higher grade lasts longer, and we will say so before you commit.
Can you match a washer we already buy?
Send a sample. It is measured and the die is cut to the measured size, so the parts interchange with what you have in stock.
Do you make thick washers from bar?
Thick spacers are usually turned rather than punched. Tell us the thickness and the quantity and we quote the process that fits.
Can you quote from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. A sample is measured and turned into a drawing for you to confirm. For hardware that is often faster than writing the drawing first.
What certificates come with the order?
We hold ISO 9000 for quality management and CCC, the China compulsory certification. Every batch ships with an inspection record, and mill certificates for the material are available on request. Marks such as UL or CE are applied for by the importer in its own market; we supply the samples, material data and process records a test house asks for.
